You add each repeat item with its cycle — 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Repeat RX Pro counts forward from the last collection and puts the item in the ordering queue 7 to 14 days before it’s due. You open the queue, check it, and print the order forms.
Yes, and they’re treated differently on purpose. Blister-pack and dossette patients sit on permanent auto-order: their items are queued every cycle without anyone enabling it, and they skip Collections entirely, because the pack is assembled for a fixed date rather than collected when the patient happens to come in.
As printed order forms that you hand in to the practice. Repeat RX Pro batches the day’s orders and groups them by surgery, so what comes out of the printer is already sorted into the piles you’ll be dropping off. It does not send electronically to the GP system.
